  36. Hello, I'm currently taking the Tech Nocode instruction courses.  I'm 
  37. looking for my first radio, and I've decided it'll probably be a HT Dual 
  38. band, 2M/440.  There are several out on the market.  Can anyone steer me 
  39. to or away from one of them.  They all seem to be pretty well filled out, but 
  40. practical experience will tell you a lot more than the advertisments.

  86. I experience the exact same behavior and have also noticed that it
  87. is not exhibited by the 404.  I tried a new 202 in a local RS store
  88. and was unable to duplicate the behavior on that one.  Didn't spend
  89. a lot of time at it though...  RS saleman (for what its worth) says 
  90. "it shouldn't do that, send it in for service..."
